For the Fusiform Cast app to have optimal performance it is important to ensure:
Note: Before doing any updates, please write down your user credentials.
1. Ensure the iPad is on the latest iOS version. This can be done by going to Settings > General > Software Update

2. Ensure the Fusiform app is on the latest version. Please see the link below to find the latest version of the application:

3. Check the Structure App to see if there are any firmware updates.
The letter “i” in the top right corner will have a red circle if there is an update.
4.Calibrate the structure sensor from the Structure app.
